I'm so happy to be here! I'm a certified Holistic Health & Life Coach and I guide CrAzY-busy women-preneurs to discover their zesty life of balance and self-care. Being a busy woman-preneur myself I understand how hard it is to balance everything but I've discovered that everyone's 'balance' looks different. I work with women to find what balance looks like to them and take action steps to incorporate HaPpiNesS and HeaLtHiNesS. I offer individual coaching through phone and email and I'm launching a membership site in February for which I've already started a waiting list. I use compassion, understanding, enthusiasm AND a kick in the bum when necessary to guide women to live their BEST life.
I'm looking for more clients (for individual coaching and for my membership site) and for any women who may be interested in working with me on my membership site (i.e., marketing, content, etc.).
