Helga graduated from the Ceramic Department of Iceland´s Academy of the Arts in 2001. Her works consists of installations, sculptures and designs. Helga specializes in working with clay but she also uses other different materials which suites her ideas. She is also an active painter.
Besides having a BA degree in arts, Helga is a nurse and a midwife and that has influenced many of her works through the years.
Helga has acquired a lot of experience and knowledge from European countries such as Hungary, Denmark and the Czech Republic. She has participated in many art exhibitions besides having some solo exhibitions.
Helga's passion in life is to share Neal Donalds Walsch books and methodology.
