The Wonderful Bobby April, a comedy script by Meldy Wilton and RP Broad

The Wonderful Bobby April, a comedy by Canadian playwrights Meldy Wilton and RP Broad was presented by the Wilton Broad Players at the Village Theatre.

Don't miss the next performance of this play. It incluces some of our favorite theatre talented people. The first run starred Jonee Janolino as Sam, and Richard Broad as Dave, with a special appearance by Evelyn Applin.

It opens as Sam fondly reminisces about his friend after everyone has left his friend's memorial. It seems the two of them had some very misleading secrets that they amusingly promised to keep deeply buried - and that is exactly what is about to happen. However, while he is reminiscing he crosses paths with another late mourner; who also is not so much mourning as amusingly reminiscing himself with some well kept secrets between him and the late Bobby.

It appears he was not the only one that had secrets with the late, great, wonderful, Bobby April. Who was the man he thought he knew? And how many different lives did he lead? Are people, like life, never quiet what they appear to be? A "must see"play that is an amusingly funny One Act Play. Meldy Wilton and RP Broad combine their many taqlents both skilled as actors and technically proficient skills in theatre and film, that brings together a presentation that proves to be amusing and a little bit more than one would expect. Keep a look out for the next performance.
