I have over twenty years of experience in the consulting field (Heidrick & Struggles, Capgemini Consulting, etc.), in administration, human resources, finance and events management.
I have been in charge of major internal projects (organisation, restructuring and creation of Internet portals). I have also designed, organised and facilitated internal seminars on an international scale. Building my experience and my knowledge by placing people at the heart of my activities, I have acquired a solid understanding of the problems that are specific to international, multi-cultural environments and to businesses that are going through a process of change.
Master in Business Coaching, I have been trained by BCI (The Behavioral Coaching Institute) and by CTI (The Coaches Training Institute ). I practice appreciative co-active coaching (the application of the principles of Appreciative Inquiry to co-active coaching) as well as behioral coaching. I also draw on my skills in the use of NLP tools (I am a master practitioner), EMT (Eye Movement Therapy), Personal Branding (in which I have certification from Reach Communications) as well as Appreciative Inquiry (AI), which a new, high-performance approach to team-building and organisational development.
My combined French and Dutch education, as well as my international experience, enable me to coach in French, English and Dutch. I offer my services everywhere in Europe, either in person or by telephone.
I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and comply with its code of ethics. I work in partnership with other independent consultants, coaches and trainers who share my standards of professionalism and ethics.
